A: Functionally, this tee hinge would not be recommended for interior doors without further information. Environmentally, it can be used indoors.

A: Yes, I used them on a set of closet doors that I put up in place of sliding doors. The only thing that you have to be sure that you are screwing into the supports or frame of the doors and not the hollow part. I wouldn't trust just the thin panel part of the door.
