This is not recommended for external use. For external use we carry Galvanized (part#15275, or Part# 15276) or Stainless Steel (part# 14359) Door Pulls.

This door pull is hollow and flimsy. This is all that is left of the gate pull, the rest ripped off. This gate pull is just JUNK. Lasted less than 1 year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hollow and flimsy This gate pull was installed on my wooden gate. The first few months it was fine, it did the job. Several months later (less than 1 year) The handle started tearing/breaking. Later It just ripped off like thick foil paper. The back side is hollowed out. I didn't bother checking with customer service or any warranty since it was cheap in the first place.

Most were over thirty dollars and I thought were too ornate. This is perfect. Simple, understated but still rustic. Easy to install. Love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality purchase The handles are a nice size and comfortable grip. The screws that came with it are probably about 1/2" too short. I needed to go through a vinyl board first that left me with minimal bite into the frame.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not manufactured evenly Admittedly, I have a good eye for parallel lines, but when I went to install this handle, I found that the door handle was not straight but very slightly curved. That is, the top edge was not parallel to the bottom edge. I only half noticed, when pre-drilling the holes for the screws, that they weren't quite in line... it was only after the handle was up on the door that I stepped back and could see the curve to it. Pretty subtle, but once I had noticed it, there it was. Had to take it down, buy a better handle (metal, painted it black with enamel paint, since I couldn't find a pre-painted one at Home Depot except for this.) So if you buy this, look very very carefully before you buy. And if you're installing for a customer, make sure the customer isn't one of those people who spots size differences or funny angles, 'cuz this handle's got a funny angle to it.
