                  Q:Will 2 of these LED bulbs provide enough light centered over a bathroom sink and mirror? I was thinking of purchase a vanity light bar with 2 60 watt incandescent light bulbs. To save energy, I would use 2 40 watt equivalent LED bulbs instead.

                  A:  Yes, they are plenty bright enough. I would think the shape might be a bit irregular for a vanity bar.

                    A:  probably not. Makeup or other detailed work would work better with higher wattage. I recommend getting two 60 Watt equivalent LED lights. These were perfect for my need for a china cabinet

                    A:  I have 6 bulbs in my light fixture over the sink and I would like brighter. It’s only the guest bathroom so I don’t use it for my daily routine. I would us 60 watt led if I could find the an led that fits the shades on my fixture.

                    A:  Thank you for inquiring. Each one of these 40 watt LEDs is 410 lumens at 5000K Daylight. Two of these LEDs will be bright enough to light the area below the bathroom sink.

                        A:  We do not have a Lutron dimmer, but the brand we do have allows us to dim this light and it works well.
