A:  This is not a 1-for-1 replacement for your current range. The dimensions for the JD630DTBB are: 27 H x 31 1/4 W x 28 1/2 D. A:  Hi there - Slide-in range models fit into standard 30-inch cabinet cutouts like a free-standing range, but with a more custom built-in look. Gas and electric slide-in ranges have no backsplash, which provides a more integrated appearance. Controls and panel display are on the front of these ranges. Drop-In ranges offer the most integrated, built-in look of all the installation options. These ranges look as if they are “dropped in” to the cabinets, with a strip of cabinetry beneath the range, and may require custom work for a built-in fit. Drop-in range models are similar in appearance to slide-in ranges with controls on the front and no backsplash. They also have unfinished sides, so cabinets must be installed on either side.
