A:  They are electro-plated plastic, but they are weighted so they have the feel of metal knobs without the heat issues. We don't anticipate having any issues.

A:  Yes, the LP (liquid propane) conversion kit is included with the range.

A:  This model is gas. However, it does require an electrical connection for some components of the range. You must have a 120-volt, 60 Hertz properly grounded dedicated circuit protected by a 15-amp or 20-amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse. A:  Before the first use, rinse the griddle with hot water and dry thoroughly. Do not use oil on it for extended periods of time. You will use warm soapy water to clean it.
