Q:We just got this stove snd the plastic cover edge near the bottom left heater gets very hot. I measured close to 100C when the heater works near full power for about 10-15 min. I burned myself touching it so I pulled the IR t-meter. Is that normal?

Answer This Question
A: The cord for this range is sold separately, as we do not know what each of our consumer's space may require. You can use a UL listed 3-or-4 prong cord. If you'd like, you can view more on this on page 1 of the installation guide here: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/3e/3e467eeb-f3e9-4173-928a-c3ae11b378f8.pdf. Q:Is there a difference between Traditional oven and convention oven,if so what?
by|Apr 13, 2024
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: A traditional or conventional oven does not have a convection fan in the oven and does not offer convection cooking modes. A convection oven has a fan to circulate air in the oven cavity for improved performance. This range offers a traditional upper oven and convection lower oven. For more details, please review the "Cooking Modes" section on pg. 13 of the Owner's Manual: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/cb/cb279de9-6a62-47c3-927c-d51bb19cd1af.pdf.
