A:  We're glad you reached out. The approximate shelf dimensions (starting from top): 26.1"W x 16.1"D, 26.1"W x 16.1"D, 26"W x 13.3"D and 26.1"W x 17.8"D.

A:  The default setting temperature is 0°F, although it is designed to operate from -6°F to 6°F. The display on the unit will show the set temperature of the unit.

A:  The width of the freezer does not change with the door off; however, the case depth without the door is 26 inches.

A:  The rear height for this unit is approximately 75-3/4".

A:  To remove the door bins, you have to carefully “bump” them with palm of your hand to dislodge them. You'll bump the bins upward and once they're clean, you will line them up on the supports and gently push down until they fit into place.

A:  This model does not come in the color black.

A:  This model has 4 glass shelves along with clear plastic door shelves and clear plastic slide out storage baskets.

A:  Model FUF21DLRWW features four glass cabinet shelves and four clear plastic door shelves.

A:  The high temperature alarm will signal when the freezer temperature is above 20 degrees F.
