With deck boards 4 inches wide, expect to use 480 screws for the same joist spacing. There are also many deck fastener calculators found online.

A: We do not recommend Deck Elite for structural applications. The GRK R4 is code approved for structural applications through our ICC-ES code report ESR-3201. For higher capacity needs, ESR-2442 covers our RSS line.
