A: You can just go to Home Depot and buy tiles of the same size. Ours came broken and they didn’t charge us for the new ones. We did find the new ones we got were 1/4 inch too big, but we had the tool to cut them. So be sure you measure exactly.

A: The set comes in two boxes - the complete table comes in one box that is approximately 4 feet wide by 5-1/2 feet long and about 3 inches thick. The other box contains the set of 6 chairs that need to be assembled. I cannot remember the dimensions of the box but it is big - at least 4 feet x 4 feet x 4 feet. The set is well padded to prevent damage during shipping, comes with a nice hardware package and easy to assemble. Had my set for a few years now and it is still in great condition. Hope this is helpful.
