A:  Harp is the lamp accessory which supports the lamp shade. It is normally a metal accessory, and generally in the shape of an ellipse and open at one end. The open end has two prongs, which fit into the bracket between the light socket and lamp base. The Harp height varies depending on the lamp shade you want for the lamp. Hope this helps some.

A:  Yes, you can use a 100w equivalent LED replacement bulb.

A:  Please know I am using an 60 watt equivalent LED light in the lamp now, with no problems noted. I am not sure what the highest might be, though I would ask you just to consider the heat generated by the bulb selection you make. Hope this helps you.

A:  Can rhis be changed to a 3 way

A:  It would take a lot of time and you would essentially have to dismantle the lamp...but yes, it's possible.

A:  Don't understand ? George. I was looking for a 3-way lamp, but settled for this one. You will need an adapter

A:  I guess you can change any lamp to a three way socket, but for this one you would have to remove the padding (it's glued on fairly snug) from the base and then either replace the padding or do without. My sense of it is it would be quite a chore.

A:  Prissy, I had to look up an 'uno shade' and I may be wrong, but my sense of it is no, or at least not very easily.

A:  The base comes with a harp and finial but you can use an uno shade if you like.
