A: Suggestions: Does footswitch work? If yes probably the battery in the remote needs to be replaced.
Is the power cable plugged securely into the tree trunk? Are tree sections connected properly?
Good luck!

A: I would suspect the physical (foot) switch or the remote is stuck; or, the circuitry has failed. For the first, take the battery out of the remote and test. If the lights continue to cycle, it's not the remote. Likewise, try to press and release the foot pedal from different angles and gently tap it upside down to possibly release a stuck physical switch. I would also try to unplug the tree, wait a minute or two, and retry (reboot the tree). If not of that works, then it appears to be the internal circuity and I would contact the manufacturer (or Home Depot if it is still under warranty).

A: If you mean you have to wiggle the tree's AC plug in the wall outlet, I would try another outlet as a first step. If that doesn't fix it, then you can gently separate 2 AC prongs just slightly, as they may be missing contact inside the outlet. However, if the plug is firmly in the outlet and you are pulling on the wire itself, then you probably need a new AC plug at the end of the cord. Home Depot sells replacement AC plugs. As always, if there are sparks anywhere contact a qualified electrician.

A: Make sure all the plugs are properly connected, some trees have small plugs that when plugged in backwards can cause reverse polarity which makes the strand be the opposite color. Also try unplugging and re-plugging in the tree to get it to reset. If those don't work then you can email the vendor or call Home Depot Customer Care at 1-877-527-0313.

A: I also brought this tree recently for the 2018 season and I’m not having the exact issue but I have quite a few lights in the A & B section that doesn’t work. I’m hoping to have it repaired or replaced soon based on the warranty.

A: Make sure your tree connections are firmly pressed together, especially between sections C and B. Check your poles and see if there is any damage to the quick-connects inside. If neither of those work, you can call the customer care number at 1-877-527-0313.
