Q:I have a 9 foot home accents Christmas tree pre-lit with white and multiple color lights. With the remote and the control on the pedal it will not turn off and it does a multiple function control and won’t stay on one thing we just bought it two months ago. With such a short time I am feeling that when I take this tree down I am going to return it to Home Depot

Q:Love this tree I used it last year, took it out of box this year, set it up, and the power cord connector to the light harness on tree do not mesh. I suspect a part is missing between the power cord and the harness. Now what?

    Q:I bought this during the Black Friday special. It worked fine for 2 years. This year the middle section doesn't work. The bottom does and the top section will connect, showing me that there is power going through. Has anyone else had this problem? What was the fix?
