      A:  I called the manufacture to find the threshold. I was told Home Depot changed vendors and the new vendor had not yet made the accessories needed for my floor. The job I needed these parts for was last April 2021. I thought the new vendor would have them by now. Home Depot should have had the new vendor have the same parts as the old vendor prior to taking over. I had two floor types with out the transitions and this was hard to explain to the customer. I searched around till I found a close match and both customers accepted the difference. I believe i bought them from Lowes.

        A:  Thanks for your question. Home Depot does not carry trim that coordinates specifically with this color. They do have a generic line of trims that include t-molding/reducers, quarter round, and some stair pieces. They do not have exterior threshold pieces as far as I know.                 A:  As much as I loved this color prior to installing it, I have to say it is impossible to keep clean! It shows every speck of dirt and once stained you have a forever stain. Choose another color!!! I also recommend a thicker plank these are super thin so if your floor is not perfect you will see every imperfection.

                      A:  Thanks for your question. You cannot use an underlayment with this product. The substrate must be flat within 1/4" in 10 ft.
