A:  Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Vendors decide to discontinue their products from time to for various reasons. Sometime they need to make room for items that sell faster, the material specific to that product may have become rare, to many to be sure on specifically why. We do have plenty of other styles and types to fil your needs. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future

A:  You can use anything to clean these floors. Obviously not anything with acetone, but other than that, any floor cleaner is good.

A:  Possibly 2 1/2 inch 15ga nails. I would suggest daubs of glue on every other, if not every, board. I would not rely solely on glue or solely on nails. There is a lot of weight. The nails need to contact studs. Nailing has to be done away from the edge of the board due to splitting. Gluing alone will put too much weight stress on a simple drywall backing. I have seen slate adhered to Denssheild drywall with adhesive only but, I am unaware of long term results. I do not believe tongue nailing is safe because of my experience driving an 18ga nail and having considerable splitting.

A:  As paneling? it can be done, but please use proper moisture barrier and test some before continuing. should use 18 gauge or higher nails. note that warranty would not apply to paneling
