A: I haven't been able to make the remote dim it. There don't seem to be instructions for that. The iOS Hunter app does though, after you have turned the light dimmable switch on and off (to work around an app bug)

Q:Do I have to use the remote or I can I have the electrician mount a plate to the wall to control the speed, light, power? I do not want to use the remote but would like it to be compatible with WiFi and Alexa. Thanks.

Answer This Question
A: Hi Curious, Since the fan is not manufactured with pull chains, you will need to use the included remote control to operate the fan speeds and lighting. If you would like a wall control, you could purchase the (99375) model that has a wall control, but you will not be able to install the receiver that comes with it. You will also need to pair the wall control to the receiver in the fan. Thank you!
