          Q:Here it has the Product Width (in.) as 15.13-inch. In the owner's manual it says 13.5-inch. The owner's manual is for Husky 3 Ton Garage Jack Model #HD00120 which is this jack. Why the difference?

            A:  No It does not. This is a heavy jack any carting case if made of plastic would not hold up. Any other material it would be too heavy for the average person. Great jack
