Great Jack!!
I was replacing a 2 ton regular profile jack that was 25 years old. This one is very heavy but it is very effective for sliding under the car in a small space and being substantial to hold any car/truck up. I am very happy e it h my purchase and replacement of my old Craftsman Jack that lasted as long as it did!

Awesome quality control
Fantastic quality control. There seems to be some piece of plastic wedged on mine that bent one of the bolts the first time I raised it. I didn’t even notice it until after I raised it up, thanks Home Depot!

For The Assembly Puzzled
I've had this jack for a day, but I like it.
I like the feel of its action, and I appreciate the stability of the wide saddle.
The assembly instructions are thin.
-
Remove the bit of wire coat hanger.
Loosen or remove the handle's large securing bolt from the jack's base. (A sloppy 17mm or 11/16th)
Insert the crimped end of the cushioned handle - Rotate it all the way to the right.
Tighten the handle's securing bolt in the base.
Remove the small bolt from the upper half of the handle. (A sloppy 10mm or 3/8ths)
Mate the two handle halves and gently tighten the small bolt - There are only a few threads on which it can bite.
Test the jack.

definitely NOT quick pump
my old, $30, Mack 2.5 ton trolley jack lifts from 7.25" to 18" in 3.5 pumps with no load. This one goes from 3.5" to 29" in 11 pumps. That's right- eleven. With a small load (BMW 330), it took 17 pumps.returning for refund

In terms of its function, it has worked well so far on the 2x cars I've lifted. Pumps fast and holds up (of course always use jack stands as well). Two small complaints.
Poor packaging (product was sticking up from both the original and shipping box).
No instruction that you need to loosen the side bolt before you can full put in the bar fully down. Confused me for awhile because when you turn the bar either counter or clockwise it didn't do anything.

This is a good floor jack but it has lousy instructions. I would have given it 5 stars except for that issue.
The owners manual tells you to bleed the trapped air if the jack has a soft or stalled lift. The problem is that the instructions do not tell you how to do it and or which screw to remove to bleed off the trapped air. The exploded diagram does not show the port or screw either. Also, the jack was delivered with a heavy gauge wire holding handle pump assembly in the down position. Nothing in the owners manual about removing it before use. It had to be cut off. There was a sticker on jack bottle written in Spanish only?
The jack is well built and works well but they went really cheap on the owners manual. I called Home Depot for assistance and the associate there could not help and only could give me the vendors phone number. It was a Saturday and the vendor was closed until Monday. When I called on Monday the person I talked to had no ideas, they were a vendor for a line of multiple products. Go Figure.......

The jack itself is excellent - 5-stars for performance and ease of use (swapping winter/summer wheels on my wife's BMW X1). HOWEVER the Manual is USELESS: It says 'hydraulic jack-oil (not included) must be added'. WRONG - it was pre-filled. EVEN WORSE: There was no picture or description of WHERE to add to hydraulic oil IF needed in the future - and the picture on the front of the manual does not match the scale. The exploded drawing showing all parts had nothing labeled 'oil-filler cap' or 'add oil here', and there was no obvious filler port. The Home Depot guy at my local store agreed: Even HE couldn't figure out where to add oil if needed in the future. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A WORSE OR MORE USELESS USER MANUAL. That being said the jack itself is excellent.
