          Q:I don't see any button or latch to open the black casing to finally get to the wrenchs. Whats the secret? I don't want to force it open.

          A:  I used heavy scissors.

          A:  I had the same question. There is a small black pin at the bottom, and you have to pry it out—it's flared a little on the inside to keep it in there. I jammed a little screwdriver between the pin and the case and was able to pop it out. Pliers would probably also work.

            A:  Samual, There is a black push stud at the bottom of the "V" of the case. Once this is removed the cover can be flipped up and the wrenches can be accessed.

              A:  There is a little black plastic peg on the bottom that you cut the head off to allow the cover of the rack to swing upward. Cut the black peg with a utility blade or chisel or anything sharp that you can get under the head with.

                A:  Just pop it up. There is another bar going down the length of the plastic housing and its tab is down on the smaller wrench side. You can push it in and pop the bar up.
