Q:How do these compare with Ideal 451(yellow) and 452(red)? These seem to be half the cost so I don't see how they can be the same or equal.

A: If you are asking what color to use to connect 3 individual #10 wires together, the answer would be to use the red wingtwist. The Ideal website has a very comprehensive listing of what quantity of various size wires can be joined using various size/color of connectors.

A: There is 150 total. I did not count them, but I am going to assume there is 75 of each (75 yellow for smaller gauge and 75 red for larger gauge)

A: I don't really know, but over a period of time their usage balanced out for me. Probably somewhere around half and half is my estimate.
