Q:Can this be installed at the well. And will it filter out iron?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Gary,
Yes this system is normally recommended for wells, BUT we would highly recommend that you test your well first to find out your Iron and Manganese levels as the filter has limitations on how much Iron and Manganese it can handle. IF your levels are too high the filter will foul very quickly in about 2 to 4 weeks. Please call 678-801-9308 if you have any questions.

A: Hi Shaq,
You may need some sort of sediment protection, so we would recommend a spin down filter or would recommend the WGB32B-PB system that includes the sediment protection.

A: The unit will more than adequately cover your whole house as it says. The unknown factor will be how long the filters will last based on your usage and the quality of your water supply. However the filters are not that expensive for the benefits they are providing. I placed an iSpring WSP-50 Reusable Spin Down Sediment Water Filter before the filters to catch larger particles before the filters do their work. And I see no problem if you want to add a UV filter to your system.

Answer This Question
A: Hi Dude,
We do not offer a filter configuration like this, and normally would not recommend this as altering the filter configuration can restrict the water pressure or psi through the system.
