A:  It will, but may trip your GFCI outlet you have timer plugged into, timer only rated for 1 HP motors

A:  Yes it should. 

A:  It will if you have a 2 speed pump, leave it on low speed, not high speed or it will trip your GFIC outlet, timer only rated for 1 HP, so on low speed it won't reach over the 1 HP limit.

A:  The power plug is 3-prong and requires one outlet. There is one outlet on the timer itself to plug an item into.

A:  Yes, mine is in the rain as I write this. Even under snow, when we get it.

A:  Mine was close to then ground and got wet from rain and sprinkler. No problem 

A:  Sure, I use mine on my above ground swimming pool.

A:  I kept mine about 3 feet off the ground and it's ok so far I don't think it was meant to be close to the ground based on the design as it needs space to shed the run off

A:  Yes, mine is outside and about 12” off the sidewalk  No water damage 

A:  Yes. There is a hole on the back that allows it to hang on a screw that is fastened to the wall. You adjust the screw in or out so that the unit slips onto the screw but fits snug to the wall.

A:  The timer is just a timed switch, on & off- you plug it into 120v, output is 120 volts.
