Ready to go out of the box. Simple to set up and install. Used it for the radon outlet outside. Fan is right outside the window and doesn't need to run 24/7. This was an easy fix.

I wish I could say lots and lots of good things about this product. It is good in theory, not so good in practice. I have used timers in the past with ease, but this particular one has me puzzled. The directions are difficult to read and understand, because the print is so small - see the picture of the directions inside the lid. When I set it up, it has a mind of its own and turns the lights on then off two times a day - both a.m. and p.m. There are small plastic 'pins' for setting the start and stop times, I doubt they will be durable enough to last very long or for many uses.

I’ve had this on my Christmas lights and displays for the last several days and so far, it’s worked well. Here are some particulars: • The wall chord is heavy and looks like it will handle the 15 amps no problem. • There is one outlet next to where the chord to plug this in comes in. • The timer has two on and two off pins. • It has a manual switch to turn the power on and off. • It has kept to the same schedule as far as I can tell although I have not been standing there timing it to the minute. • It looks like it can (should) mount to the wall. There is a hole on the back which would fit over a screw or nail. • Since mine is only going to be up for a little over a month, I decided not to mount it to the wall. The problem is that the cover flops open because the outlet is up the wall a couple of feet and the box just hangs there upside down. I don’t really mind because the cover is under the porch and will not get wet but if this were exposed to the weather, I would have to put a screw in the wall and mount it. I see what the designers are going for here where if it’s mounted, the outlet is on the bottom (with less exposure to the weather).

This Intermatic Timer works great. It turns on and off every day and nite at exactly the set times and was very easy to set up. It's pretty rugged and you can mount it easily to a wall or a post with just one screw. It looks nice and neat. It comes with instructions in a couple of different languages. The English version is inside the cover. There are 4 on/off clips. I only needed 2 for my year round outdoor lights. I have to admit I was getting tired of plugging and unplugging them every night. This timer is the perfect solution! No more having to remember and if I am not home, they go on automatically. The timer is made well and should withstand winter weather. I am very happy. I do recommend it!

i read the other reviews but felt this timer would e different for me, i was WRONG! I had several timers in the past and never had an issue with setting a timer. But this one is awful. The timer was coming on half hour too early. The only way i could get the timer to start at the time i wanted, after setting everything correctly, was to unplug it for half hour. It is now fine, but we should be able use the time that is on the timer. My thoughts.

So far it has worked as expected. Is is easy to set and use. I have been using it for about 3 weeks.

Super easy instructions, had it mounted and in use in 20 minutes. Using this timer on a 1hp pool filter pump to cut down the electricity bill. Working great so far on a pole in the yard with rain not affecting it.

Had one of these for years that worked great with my pool pump. Replaced it this year with a new one, and every few days it trips the GFI outlet when it shuts off the pump. Something wrong with this one. Not sure I can return it after two months of usage.

This was an exchange.The first one we bought, the timer did not work and there were no instructions in the box. The replacement is working so far.

Works great, has 2 windows of time for the pump to be on, and an easy override switch. It's just what we were looking for. Not complicated.

This is 3rd one in a year I have bought. Idk what is up with them stopping

I use the frequently in demanding environments for my clients. They always perform.

I purchased the timer to operate my pool pump. Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than a year, it smelled like it shorted out. I purchased another hoping for better luck!

Works for what I intended and have no problems

This timer was easy to set up. So far, working perfectly.

Plug and play. It does what it supposed to do.

Product works as it should. Would have been nice to have instructions separately instead of having to read the small print sticker inside the cover to set it. It was probably a return/restock.

Have used this product for years! Never let me down.
