A:  It is possible to install them for shower floor however it is a very difficult installation. Because the stones are not flat, water can get between and not drain properly.

A:  Yes, just make sure to seal and it works perfectly for a shower floor. The grout will provide grip for your feet. I highly recommend installing this in a shower, especially since it's very easy to make it fit. You don't need a tile saw, you simply use a box knife and cut the extra stone free.

A:  Hello ap and thank you for your question. The manufacturer recommends sealing the tiles either before or after setting the tiles. It may be easier to apply a high quality penetrating sealer to the tiles before setting them. Either way, the tiles will need to be sealed and dry BEFORE grouting. Best wishes on your project.

        Answer This Question

A:  You can apply thin-set mortar rated for vertical surfaces or pre-mixed tile mastic that can work for adhering the tiles to the wall. You'll also need to grout it as well, which is a separate process. Joseph
