A:  Since we do not install units we do not charge an install fee. However, if you hire Home Depot to do your install for you, I am sure there is some sort of charge. You will want to contact your local Home Depot to have that conversation. Thank you for contacting us.

      A:  Thank you for the question, however, since we are not a glass shop it is difficult for us to answer this question with accuracy. If the door is a JELDWEN door then glass is orderable for it, not this glass necessarily, as this glass goes into a window frame, not a door frame. If the door is not a JELDWEN door the best advise I can give you is to contact a glass shop and have them measure and order glass for you, from a glass manufacturer. If the door is JELDWEN, simply return to the place you purchased it at and see if they can find your order information to reorder the glass section for you. Hope this helps.

        A:  The window comes fully assembled, one piece. The exterior of the frame is black. The interior of the frame is white.

          Q:there is a 36 in x 60 in available in the casement windows but not in the fixed. Jeldwen has this size and type for the fized V-45000 series on their website. Anyway to get this size for the black fixed through home depot?

                Q:I think you are losing a lot of business by not carrying the color on both sides of the frame. That is what people want. It doesn't make sense to have one side one color and the other side a different color.

                    A:  Thank you for your inquiry. The basic difference is that the 2500 has a more flat look to the vinyl while the 4500 has more of a contoured look and more vinyl to the product. Also the 4500 is our premium line so it has some upgrade features. Please visit your local Home Depot for further assistance.
