A:  At this time your roses should have been cut back 75%. Do not worry they will come back bigger and stronger. I fertilize my plants every six weeks up until the cold weather. Cut your roses back in the early spring

A:  first you should have cut the roses back at least 80% in the fall weather. Then as the roses start to rebloom add the knock out rose food and do so every 6 weeks. I have been doing this for years and have beautiful blooms all summer long. Do not be scared to cut them back they will come back better.

            Answer This Question

A:  I would recommend using a fungus treatment spray. However fertilizers are preventive care. The happier your plant is the less likely they are to get sick.

A:  Hello and thank you for reaching out! No, it will not get rid of the black spots. This is a fungus and you would need an antifungal product. Thank you!

A:  Sprinkle it at the base of the plant. You could also dissolve it in water and pour it on the base as well. Epsom salts works well too.

              Answer This Question

A:  No, you don't need to water it in. It's non-burning and is just fine spreading on the soil. It works great, so make sure you keep your roses trimmed.
