A: Hello Anniewboys, my name is Kassi with Kohler Co. I'd be glad to answer your question. There is a diverter on the tub spout for the Katun that will switch from the tub spout to the showerhead. When turned on, the water will come out of the tub spout first, pull up on the diverter and it will switch to the showerhead. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A: Hi Haze, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. A leak that occurs after the water is turned off is a result of the valve not closing/sealing completely. This can occur if the lines are soldered with the valve components in place. The seals can melt. Please call our team directly at 1-800-4KOHLER for additional assistance. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
