A:  No, only the aqua clean. DON'T BUY THIS STOVE. THE OVEN REALLY IS BAD AND MINE HAS BEEN CHECKED OUT BY THEIR TECHNICIANS. I AM AN EXPERIENCED COOK. THIS OVEN IS NO GOOD.

A:  You can expect some scratching as it just happens with use & cleaning. The grates are in two sections and pretty heavy. The indentations they sit in are a little tricky to get on and off as well as there is and over knotch in the center of the top of the grate to lock them together and an under knotch for locking at the opposite end. My grates are warped or high centered and food cooks unevenly. Don't buy this range, you will not like it.

A:  Yes, they can be lit.

A:  All electronic range tops can be lit with a match. What cannot work at all is the gas range as the gas cuts on and off as temp ranges are met and will not re-ignite without electricity.

A:  Yes, the gas will flow, the knobs are basically manual valves with a position that closes a circuit for the ignitor.

A:  YES, IT HAS A PROOFING SETTING. BUT ONE SHOULD ALSO NOTE TO BAKE THAT BREAD YOU PROOFED COULD BE A PROBLEM AS THE OVEN REQUIRES A FULL 15 MINUTES TO PREHEAT. Your bread could fall while out of the proofing oven to wait for the 15 minute preheat. it's a slow preheat and there is no rapid preheat on this range. If you cook a lot, you will hate this oven.
