Q:This is undependable. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn?t. Happens to others in the family. We punch in the code and hear the mechanism but it won?t unbolt the lock. Still need to keep a key in the pocket.

      A:  No you will not. This lock does not have any kind of smart connection it is self contained.

            Q:Each button has 2 numbers, how do you use 1 from 2 for example or 3, from 4? when setting code, or opening up.

            A:  The buttons are used the same way, each button should only be pushed one time when programming either a 1 or a 2. The same goes for when you enter your user code, only press the button one time for either a 1 or a 2.

              A:  You just hit the button twice if you want to use it for the number 1 and 2 any numbers that have a second number with it you just hit twice that’s all, you can also watch the YouTube video

                A:  One button press works for both numbers. For example, 0 and 9 share a button so if you code was 9090, you would press the 0/9 button 4 times.
