A:  Hey Andrew! Please be aware that compressors are hardware and can't be updated with firmware updates. As for the parts on the refrigerator, like the control board for the compressors, they might need a software upgrade if we had one, but we do not have firmware upgrades available for the control board. If the control panel needs any repair or is experiencing technical issues, a service technician will take care of it and replace the control board.
