While not having a large space footprint the efficiency of the interior design of the refrigerator and freezer maximizes my refrigerated food storage capability. and the generous size of the freezer eliminates my need for an additional deep freeze, thus saving valuable garage space and lowering my monthly expenditures for electricity. Love my LG!

Fridge is an absolute lemon. Compressor since 2017 has had to be replaced 4 times. Yes that is correct FOUR times. I really wish I could sink this fridge in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. Unfortunately since we live in a townhouse and dimensions are odd we have to keep it. I would not recommend anyone looking to buy LG appliances as they are total garbage.

The compressor went out on our new LG Purchaded new 2019) refrigerator/freezer..we lost ALL of the items inside (condiments, milk, eggs butter, cheeses not to mention a turkey, ham & ice cream ) just before Thanksgiving. They sent us a check for $100.00 to replace the items .. who & where can you replace a complete loss of items for ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY LG Products..nor will i recommend LG EVER AGAIN!!!!!

This fridge was in our house when we moved in and since that time the black stainless “wrap” has came off like crazy. The previous home owners had purchased the LG refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave all in black stainless within 1 year of us moving in. We were happy to move into a home with new appliances. We have lived here now for almost 3 years. The ice also constantly gets stuck in the main dispenser so we had to stop using it altogether. We had to buy a countertop ice maker. We will never purchase LG appliances again.

I bought this 6 years ago and now is completely out Still looking clean and new but … not work anymore my warranty expired.

This product is extremely low on quality, the plastic parts started to disintegrate on the water/ice dispensing panel.

I purchased this in November of 2017 for $2,542.78. I am 65 years old and this is only the second brand new fridge that I have bought. I was limited on space, wanted a refrigerator that was available in white, French Doors, Ice & Water in the Door and Bottom Freezer. I am very pleased with all the features and mechanically it is very dependable. I always research when I am making a purchase. Others, have mentioned noise problems in their reviews. I did experience that but after releveling; the noise problem ceased. My complaint is that, on the left door just under the control panel, a small line of rust formed and the the paint has now bubbled. It is getting gradually worse. I contacted LG. My Warranty is up so I am stuck with a cosmetically flawed/damaged refrigerator. I treat all of my appliances with TLC and do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG refrigerator/freezer and a range microwave almost a month ago and it is awesome! Very appealing in our newly remodeled kitchen. Only think I dislike about the stainless steel is the fingerprints, but I’ll just have to clean it more so that’s not a big deal. Can’t wait to buy a matching LG dishwasher and Stove/oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reliability is the reason I chose this brand. Consumer Report has it as one of the highest most reliable brands. My sister has a Samsung refrigerator that has a manufacturer defect multiple repairs, I had a broken GE microwave, so with all the money I spent I don't want to have to fix something in a couple years. I also really liked is the design of the set. The refrigerator ice maker small which I like because I have more space for food. Everything works as expected no problems.

Space and Price were Major factors and LG beat out Other Competitors for the Capacity in the 33 inch Dimensions... The Ice and Water Dispenser in the Door is a cut above the rest by being hidden in the door and Allowing Storage inside the Refrigerator door, rather than wasted Space ... The Trays inside are Glass, adjustable and Spill proof. with Gallon Storage for Milk on the door... The Freezer has Plastic, but very well made and Sturdy, for adjusting in the Compartment with an additional tray for Ice cubes, as well as a Pullout slide door for more convenient storage of Smaller freezer items... As a Senior I would buy again....

Do yourself a favor and don’t buy LG products. We bought a LG dishwasher, fridge and washer and dryer two years ago. The plastic junk housing on the ice and water dispenser has cracked on both sides. It started as hairline cracks then a big chunk just broke off. There was nothing this door hit, it simply started to crack. Of course this was just past the one yr warranty so LG wouldn’t do crap. Now I’m stuck with paying God only knows how much or just stare at a tacky cracked plastic dispenser. Very disappointing .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a French door refrigerator a month ago. CON: It is VERY noisy in comparison to my 20 year old Kenmore. I bought the 24.4cf thinking it would be roomy but it is not in comparison to my side by side. The ice and water dispenser sweats some days not sure why, will call a work order in. The Stainless Steel outside very hard to keep clean of finger prints. The ice maker doesnt look to take up space but it does. The shelfs behind the ice maker a basically useless they are so narrow. PRO: I do think foods stay fresher longer in the new refrigerator compared to my old one. My husband likes fairly well.

It has a place in the door specifically for water and similarly shaped beverage bottles. It makes perfect small ice cubes too.

The bright interior lighting allows you to instantly see every shelf and drawer clearly,which removes the “I can’t find it factor” and makes creating that shopping list much easier! And, the bottom freezer is bigger than other brands out there so plenty of storage there, too. We love the in door water and ice machine too, it has plenty of clearance for large cups and does not take up too much room on inside door and the light is a nice feature (can be turned off too). Another bonus, the French door design allows you to open and close one side if you only need items on one side. And lastly, the awesome large bottom drawer for storage- I envision next Christmas and being able to store a meat and cheese platter there. Can’t wait!

I thought going to a smaller refrigerator would not work out but it seems that I have more room because of the freezer being on the bottom and its easier to see what you have with having the refrigerator on the top eye level. I love it!

I must have gotten the rare bad one of these models. The unit has horrible condensation on the door around where the water and ice come out. It was so bad we had to have towels on the floor to not ruin the hardwood. The fridge is less than a year old and we are going to have to replace it.

Love this refrigerator! It fits perfectly in the space and looks beautiful in our kitchen. It's a big improvement from our old black, side by side refrigerator. It's brightly lit, has plenty of storage space and runs quietly. Very happy with this purchase.

This feature is great. The ice size also a plus and was not known till we started using the ice. I rate the unit Good only as I have not had it for very long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator, 1. The compressor that automatically goes in standby mode when you open the fridge. 2. The space is good enough for my family of three & finally the freshness of the fruits & vegetables is exceptional.

I have my fifth service call scheduled next week in the 1.5 years I have had it. Most of these calls involved parts to be delivered so I've met technician at home about 8 times so far. Issue is lack of cooling in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Presently it is emptied of most food and around 52 degrees in the fridge section - 35 degrees in freezer. Home is a small condo unit with just the one fridge so a major inconvenience, loss of time and food $$s. All service calls thus far have been coordinated directly with LG warranty service. I failed to recall that I had purchased 3 yr protection plan with HD but now have a 6th call arranged through them too (though that means the same LG techs may show up). Surely, it will be solved or replaced next week but I thought this before. I don't fault HD, but this particular LG fridge is a lemon.

Doors are not aligned (delivery company came back and did partial repair). Ice and water in door don't work well (delivery company coming back today but said they don't repair only doing installation check) This is after 2 calls to Home Depot
