A: DZ123, you will need to allow the LaHabra Fastwall Stucco Base Sanded 1 Coat to moist cure for at least 24 hours and then air dry for an additional 24 hours after that before applying the LaHabra Exterior Stucco Color Coat Cement Finish.

A: Stanh, LaHabra FastWall Stucco Base Sanded cannot be applied over a painted surface, the paint would need to be removed from the concrete prior to applying the LaHabra.

A: Jeanette C, the use of a primer will depend on how long you allow the Fastwall Stucco Based Sanded to cure. After 24 hours of moisture cure you will need a primer before applying an acrylic finish, after 48 hours of moisture cure you can apply an acrylic finish without a primer, and you can apply an elastomeric finish without or without a primer.
