A: Hi Gioo, yes you can use the Lanco Aqua-Proof 1 Gal. Black Rubberized Roof Primer on a painted wall and then tile over it. You also can use our Lanco Aqua-Proof Prep, this one is a bit more thick.

A: Hi Paul, yes you can use the Lanco Aqua-Proof 1 Gal. Black Rubberized Roof Primer under the GAF Liberty self-adhering cap sheet. Just make sure it is completely dry, about 24 hours.

A: Hi Frank, yes you can use Lanco Aqua-Proof 5 Gal. Black Rubberized Roof Primer on the bare concrete. Just make sure that if the concrete is new, then you have to wait 31 days for it to cure.

A: Hi Jerry,the Lanco Aqua-Proof 5 Gal. Black Rubberized Roof Primer is an underlayment base coat, and yes you can apply on the OSB. Just remember that the Aqua Proof Primer as to be top coated or covered, it cannot be exposed to the sun.

A: Hi Joacko, the AS- 210 is an acrylic primer vs Aquaproof that is a rubberized membrane base coat .You can apply the AS 210 as a base then Aquaproof primer as waterproof primer and lastly 100% silicone .

A: Hi Troy, the recommended coverage is: 80 sq.ft. per gallon @10.2 dry mils, 20.1 wet mils. But you have to remember that the Aqua-Proof Primer has to be top coated, it cannot be exposed directly to the sun otherwise it will crack.
