We where having some horrible issues of leaking all over the house and we decided to go with this primer. Ordered it online and picked up at the store, it arrived ahead of time which was great. It applied real easily, gave it two coats and it covered all the micro cracks. Really adhered to the concrete. We then added the Acrylic Urethane Elastomeric White Reflective Roof Sealer from the same brand 24hrs apart and let it cure for 48hrs as described. The following day he had hard rains & 0% leaks.

Excellence Product goes on blue drys black. Great for water proofing.Goes on easier than red top And cheaper, thou red top is a five star as well.

As an experienced licensed General Contractor. I can honestly say that all of the Lanco products are outstanding and perform far better than I ever expected. I primarily use a combination of the Aqua-Proof and the Urethanizer to properly seal metal building roofs.
