A:  Lower the oscillating fan unit to the base and we cover it with a standard kitchen garbage bag and just pull the drawstring on the bag closed. Set it out on the patio or in the garage until the next time things heat up.

A:  I take the fan head off the stand, clean it after a season's use, and pull a grocery plastic bag over it and store it under the bed!
