    A:  I would recommend installing a gfi protected plug into a bathroom due to close proximity to water. While the one you listed can be used, it might not be the safest option.

            A:  15a outlets are generally wired with 14 gauge wire, which is too small for 20a outlets. Sounds counterintuitive, but 12 gauge wire is bigger than 14 gauge and you will need 12 gauge or bigger for a 20a outlet. If you pull more than 15 amps through 14 gauge wire it will likely get hot and could cause a fire.
