Answer This Question
A: Thank you for your question. Coverage is theoretically calculated only in lineal feet of extruded adhesive bead as follows: for a 10 fl. oz. cartridge of Loctite PL Premium a 1/4” (6 mm) bead extrudes approximately 30.6 ft. (9.3 m), and a 3/8” (9.5 mm) bead extrudes approximately 13.6 ft. (4.1 m). It is not possible to know exactly how many square feet it can cover without knowing the details of the project and intended use.

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for your question. Loctite PL Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive may be used to bond to metal surfaces and polyiso foam keeping in mind that it will not adhere to the film-faced side of insulation. If bonding surfaces reach temperatures above 160°F this product would not be recommended as the adhesive bond may fail. If you need additional assistance, please call our Help Line at 1-800-624-7767.
