A:  The drain line just needs to be there to attach to. Deck mount faucet is an option. We typically use the stand alone tub filler as it decorated it up a little more then deck mount, but either option is good.

A:  The tub does not come with any hardware for installation or finishing. You will need everything else (Faucet, drain, overfill, mounting hardware, all plumbing)

A:  I would add mortar to the list so that you can solve the flimsy, unbalanced mounting / leveling system by wet setting this tub to the floor.

A:  Recommended faucet area 2 sections of 7'' (L) x 3'' (W). Depth recommended for straight pipes 8''. see the install manual that is available on line we used a standard Roman faucet set that included a spray wand. Plenty of room

This unit is rated for 300Lbs + the weight of the water, you can add additional reinforcements under the unit, we recommend putting the mortar into small plastic bags and putting those underneath your unit's structure.
