A:  Had same issue. If you don't mind sharing, what was the final resolution? I know I didn't touch the dip switches but tried the frequency interference / transmitter-receiver reset anyway.

A:  Hello, It sounds to me as if there is a problem where the wall control and the receiver in the fan are no longer communicating. When you checked the power could you have changed 1 of the dip switches on the side of the wall control where it is no longer sync with the receiver in the fan.
