Q:I have this and power is running to the switch and to the fan but neither the light nor the fan will turn on. Have checked everything and it looks good to go. Is there a fuse in the fan I need to switch out? Was working fine until our power went out.

A: Had same issue. If you don't mind sharing, what was the final resolution? I know I didn't touch the dip switches but tried the frequency interference / transmitter-receiver reset anyway.

A: Hello, It sounds to me as if there is a problem where the wall control and the receiver in the fan are no longer communicating. When you checked the power could you have changed 1 of the dip switches on the side of the wall control where it is no longer sync with the receiver in the fan. Please call 800-527-0998 and the customer care team can go over many more options. THX
