Q:howdy. The hot and water flow is reduced to just above a drip rate. Very hard water here. Does this mean the cartridge is clogged?

Q:I turned it on and it wont shut off. Changed batteries had to turn off under the sink. What part might be bad and how hard is it to change out???

Q:Bought a Moen Brecklyn model kitchen faucet. Installed according to instructions. When the handle is at 6 o'clock pisition, the water temp is HOT. So the handle is slightly at 4:30 o'clock for just the right temp. I emailed Moen and the answer I got was a non-answer. "Take out the cartridge and replace it according to instructions." How unhelpful. Any one can help me on this: Is the default water temp at 6 o'clock position or is there an adjustment to be made to make it right.

A: Yes, this is for a single handle faucet that controls both hot and cold. If only one temp is coming out you need to check the lines and shut offs for the temp that is not working
