The R2356DBN does include our Moen SMA1000CH Home Care Chrome Securemount Anchors. The Securemount Anchors are sold separately for the Moen Home Care Designer Elegance 16 in. x 1-1/4 in. A:  Hi, I'm pretty sure it did as the Secure Mount was mentioned in the description, I installed several of these as part of the same shower project so I'd ordered a few extra mounts and had exactly enough to finish all 4 of them. I should mention that they've worked well and the finish seems very durable, not much care has been needed besides wiping them all down after a shower.

You can install this product over fiberglass; however, if not installing over wood studs, then you would need to use the Moen Securemount Anchors. A:  Not sure where it was made, been at less two years since I install grab bar. There is no rust at all, it still looks greats and is very functional
