A: Hello fellow shopper, I used this as a replacement for my wooden window ledge (may be wrong terminology) in my master bathroom. I used the "liquid nails " variety extreme I think it was....Bo problems as it did the job. Use a zip zag pattern and leave weighted down and undisturbed for at least 48 hrs. You should be good to go! James

A: I have used the product only in interior applications, but my guess is that it should be more resilient than wood for an exterior one. However, I repeat, this is just muy guess.
by|Aug 8, 2022
A: This product is rated for outdoor use. Our tile installer used Thinset to attach to the basement concrete floor. If you have an outside application which is subject to freezing, you might consider that in your choice of attachment material and get something rated for outdoor tile.

A: The only concerns I would have is ensuring your bonding material spreads the load as much as possible to avoid stress cracks... I also can’t remember whether the bottom surface is polished or not, and if it is, you may want to scuff it a bit for it for adhesion. I would also caulk the exposed edge to make sure it’s watertight with respect to the exterior.

A: Yes I've done that - it works fine. Just keep in mind it's not real stone, it's a polymer mixed with stone dust. It does yellow over time and it will stain (so will actual white marble FWIW). It can be thinset with your tile or can be glued down with the appropriate waterproof adhesive, etc.
