Answer This Question
A: The hooks are big enough to fit over various size pipes. It would be more of the distance between the pipes. If the diameter of the pipes makes the distance too long for the hooks to fit over, the platforms won't sit right.

A: Probably

A: I believe it will. I have the newer MetalTech scaffold frame with 1 5/8" pipe and the platform hooks are loose (but work fine). I just measured the hooks as best as I could with calipers and it looks like 1 15/16 would fit snugly. And the safety tabs that slide under the pipe to prevent the platforms from coming off are a bit over 2" from the inside top of the hooks, so that works too and makes me believe that these were designed to work with either 1 5/8 or 1 15/16" pipe.

A: I have bought and used these walk boards on scaffolding I bought from Home Depot. It could work well. I would check the length between the scaffold bucks. The "hook" for the scaffold was a very "open" span. I would expect it to firt around almost any scaffold frame. Just check the distance between the bucks.

A: Very light, but very sturdy and solid
by|May 23, 2021
A: Not sure of the weight exactly, but it is light enough that I could lift it and carry it around without a problem. If I had to guess I would say maybe 10 to 20#s
