This product should not be used on: Engineered floors - Engineered flooring has a hardwood veneer wear layer that is glued and pressed on the top surface of the plywood core. These veneers will not absorb the Orange Glo™ like a real hardwood floor would; therefore we cannot recommend using this product on that type of flooring. It should not be used on parquet floors; laminate or unsealed, unfinished, waxed or oiled floors; severely worn floors; or floors treated with Glitsa sealant. A:  Thank you for your questions, Bevery. This product is intended for use on traditional solid hardwood floors that have been installed, sanded, and sealed with polyurethane. If you cannot confirm that this is the type of floor which you have, we cannot recommend this product. However, we can recommend our Orange Glo™ Hardwood Floor Everyday Cleaner. It cleans dirt and tough stains without dulling your wood’s finish and is safe for daily use. If you would like, I will send you a coupon so you can try it. We hope this helps.

A:  Thank you for your questions, Jaden. Do not use this product more than once per month; overuse may lead to floor hazing. If buildup occurs, remove by mixing 1 cup ammonia in ½ gallon of warm water. Apply mixture, scrub, rinse with clean water and dry. We hope this helps.
