A: Expect the plant to be very small. Depending what time of the year you order it may or may not have green leaves. I order my in the late Spring so mine has green leaves. If you order in the late Fall or Winter, there may not be any leaves. It’s just that time of the year when the leaves fall and the plant goes dormant.
A: Will be in a gallon and no leaves, close to spring need trim off all tips because this type of hydrange flower in new grow, good luck !
A: Somewhat yes, I live in Oregon, and because of our climate, I think I got mine 2 years ago around March or April.. And they have done well, for 2 years, and grown beautifully
A: Hello Sherry, Thank you for asking. We are happy to help! If you purchase our Proven Winners Zinfin Doll Hydrangea in January it will arrive dormant as our greenhouses are located in Michigan. If you live in a warmer climate (above freezing), all you have to do is plant the shrub, then feed and water it. Within a few weeks, signs of life will return as your plant adjusts to the warm climate. If you live in a cooler climate, keep the plant out of the elements by storing it inside your garage or home. Keep its soil moist until outside temperatures rise and your area is frost-free. Then, plant, feed, and water your plant and you’ll be good to grow! I hope this helps. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at (734)654-7485 or helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com. Kind Regards, Allie.
