A:  Hello! If the latex contains natural rubber, it could trap moisture underneath it. Rugs should be constructed of an absorbent fiber with a breathable, non-staining back. You can also use a rug pad under the rug. Check with the manufacturer of the rug pad you want to use to make sure it either does not contain rubber or states it is non-staining. A:  Hello! Outlast+ Arden Linen Hickory and Defense+ Antique Linen Hickory are the same decor paper, however the color will be slightly different due to the differences in the AC4 vs AC5 wear layer. The Antique Linen has the AC5 so when it moves to Arden Linen, an AC4, the color can change very slightly. They can be used in separate rooms if they are separated by a transition strip/threshold.
