A: Mine does not flow fast. I reduce the flow by moving the handle a bit back. Maybe too much water pressure?
by|Feb 14, 2023
A: None that I know of. If there are cut-off valves in the lines to the faucet, you might try turning them down to reduce the pressure.

A: It came with a push and seal! Super easy to install! Works great! Really like the style for our game powder room.

A: No, Pfister model #LF-042-BRKK will come with a Push and Seal type drain that requires a sink with an overflow hole. Pfister does have a Grid type drain assembly # 972-103J in Brushed Nickel finish for sink bowls with no overflow hole. However, the grid strainer drain assembly will not hold water in the bowl. Please visit your local Home Depot special order counter for pricing and availability or contact Pfister Support Team at 1-800-732-8238.

A: A drain with no overflow? It comes with a drain stopper. The kind that you press on and it shuts off water draining. Press again and it opens to let water drain from the basin.

A: I installed mine about 2 years ago, and have no idea if it comes with a drain or overflow.
My sink has an overflow, however.
I do not like the fact it never has a good appearance to it (shows every dried up water drop), but I like the design.

Answer This Question
A: I have a similar problem but both hot and cold have low pressure. The person who installed it checked all the lines etc. and concluded it is a function of the faucet itself. To me, that is a clear problem with the manufacturing of the faucet. Not happy.
by|Feb 20, 2022
A: If the faucet is experiencing low water pressure on one side, it could be the hot side's inlet adapter #970-1159. Sometimes these can get loose debris lodged in it once the water is turned back on, reducing water flow. Below is a link to the maintenance guide for you to view the adapter cleaning steps on the 3rd page. Please call us at 1-800-732-8238 if these steps don’t help, and we’ll be happy to troubleshoot with you further to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Q:Can i adjust the water flow ?

Answer This Question
A: Yes. The flow is adjustable
by|Feb 17, 2022
A: Water flow is adjustable.
by|Dec 20, 2023
A: Yes you can adjust water flow to low to hogh, hot and cold.
by|May 26, 2022
A: Check your water shut off valve and make sure it is fully open. Also, remove any water restrictor in the hose area. There is a screen just inside the spout area that slows the flow slightly, but when the screen is removed it disrupts the flow of the water and it has a slight chug to it. Do not recommend removing the screen.

A: The Brea faucet can flow up to a maximum of 1.2 gallons per minute. There isn’t an adjustment that can be done for the flow. If you are experiencing low flow, the faucet is equipped with screens in the inlet adapters #970-1159 that prevent debris from flowing into the faucet that could cause restriction and may need cleaning or maintenance. We have provided a link below to the maintenance guide for this model that shows how to remove and clean the inlet adapters. Please refer to the 3rd page and step “Adaptor Cleaning”. If these adaptor cleaning steps don’t help, cartridge #974-074 may have also been affected and may need to be changed. If you need further assistance from us, please call our Support Team at 1-800-732-8238.

A: Pooled water does not remain on the spout, but deposits can form if water has high mineral content. It’s has been an excellent faucet.
