A: Pfister Venturi model #8P8-WS2-VNSB already includes rough-in valve #0X8-310A in the box with the trim kit. Yes, the rough-in valve is required for the installation.

A: The temperature adjustment ring on the cartridge can be repositioned. We have included the link to the installation guide for valve #0X8-310A included with this kit. This has the temperature adjustment ring instructions. Please refer to page 9, step 11. A: The Venturi model #8P8-WS2-VNSC doesn’t come in a shower-only package, but this model can be installed as a shower-only by capping or plugging off the tub port.

Q:I have a one year old Moen shower head with a 2520 value. I would like to install a Venturi shower head, is the Venturi compatible with the Moen valve.

A: If you are replacing only the showerhead, yes, it will work. The valve handle trim will not work because it is specific to the Pfister valve and will not interchange with other manufacturers' valves.
