Q:How long is the pull out sprayer? Long enough to reach the edge of a standard 33" sink?

A: That's a bit of a trick question. If the sink hole the faucet is mounted in is smack in the middle back of the sink, yes. If we're talking about an undermount sink with custom holes drilled in a stone countertop and the hole is drilled off to one of the back corners, no.

A: Yes, I think my sink is that same size. I can get it all the way to the edge.

Q:I cannot decide on the plate or no plate. I also have the dispenser and wonder if the faucet and dispenser would look nicer with or without the plate.

A: OK, you should use the plate if you are installing this over a topmount sink with three exposed holes that need to be covered by the installation. You should not use the plate if you are installing this over an undermount sink with only one hole for the installation custom-drilled through a natural stone or composite countertop. With the (very nice) plate provided with this faucet, you're going to have to do quite a bit of work to remove the very long bolts in the plate in order to install it where there are no holes for the bolts to pass through.
In short, if you don't have need to use the plate to cover existing holes with it, don't use it. The soap dispenser will require its own custom-drilled hole in a solid countertop.
All that being said, I have seen DIYers install similar faucets the wrong way (with the plates) on granite countertops over undermount sinks where they shouldn't have used the plates. It won't look terrible, but it will immediately not look right to the knowing eye.
