A: The actual size of a 20x40" GuardWise Window is 19-1/4" x 38-3/4" with 5 courses of a 6x8, 8x8 and 6x8" glass block in each course. The 20x40" window with a vent has a 4x8" block, a 12x8" vent and a 4x8" block in the second course from the top. The actual size of a 20x42" GuardWise Window is 19-1/4" x 40-1/2" with six courses of glass blocks. Botton row would be a 6x8, 8x8, 6x8. next row would be a 6x6, 8x6, 6x6.these would alternate for the next four courses.
