                  A:  Yes there are several different levels to adjust the front wheel. I have mine next to the highest pin and mow once a week.

                  A:  Yes, you need to remove the bolt and move to the desired position. Front and rear wheels should be at the same height.

                    A:  Hello, and thank you for your question about the PowerSmart 20" lawn mower. Yes, the height of the front wheel is adjustable by removing the bolt on the side of it, and setting it in any of the other holes you like based on how high or low you would like to set it.
